For multi-day, multi-service itineraries, it typically represents a minor fraction of total spend, while helping prevent the significantly higher cost of misbooked or unavailable arrangements. In many cases, the owner or supplier pays our commission directly, with no additional cost to the client.

Large arrangements sourced directly — luxury villas, superyacht charters, and private aviation — typically include coordination in the quoted price. Standalone or multi-vendor requests may carry a clearly stated management fee, never a hidden one.
